Class C2 City

Stockton on Tees was again the only entrant in this class and improved its performance this year by winning Gold medal.

Overall planting throughout Stockton was very good and well maintained with good colour schemes all suitable for their areas.   Grass cutting over a vast acreage was excellent.  The judges were delighted to learn of the considerable support given to the Stockton in Bloom effort by local businesses.  The city was clean and tidy throughout although both visits were on market days.
