Stanghow - Gold award & joint category winner

 From the moment you step into the village of Stanghow you can see what  a great pride the community takes in its surroundings.  

 There are numerous superb gardens and many have extended out onto the verge. The natural areas are also maintained in a sympathetic way and the village has recognised its heritage with two recently erected features.

 There is a strong sense of community spirit epitomised by the fact that when there is a project to complete the whole village pulls together.  The bloom has become an integral part of village life, but the pride and care in the village were already there.
